Gift Certificates

After you purchase a gift certificate, you will receive an email confirmation. Once confirmed, you will receive a code via email from [email protected] within three business days. Please add us to your address book so gift codes don’t get lost in the mail.

Delivery

Orders received before 12:00 p.m. CST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after noon will be processed the following business day. You may choose your delivery speed at checkout.

Downloads

You will receive an email from [email protected] with your downloadable product shortly after your purchase. If you do not receive your download via email, please send us a message with your purchase confirmation.

If you purchase a course, you will receive an email with instructions to download the course materials and/or to join the live course. Webinars are always recorded, and the replay will be emailed to you within 3 business days of the course date.
