Lindsey Elmore is a pharmacist, educator, author, international speaker, and host of The Lindsey Elmore Show. For more than fifteen years she has helped people understand their health and make more informed decisions, and her work has taken her onto stages around the world and into hundreds of long-form conversations with physicians, researchers, and authors. She teaches on health, science, faith, and what changes a life.

Lindsey Elmore is a pharmacist, educator, author, international speaker, and host of The Lindsey Elmore Show. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of California, San Francisco, completed two residencies, served on the pharmacy practice faculty at Samford University, and is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.

For more than fifteen years, she has helped people understand their health and make more informed decisions. Her training as a pharmacist taught her to examine evidence, ask precise questions, and respect how much there is still to learn. Teaching has been the constant: the moment something complicated finally makes sense, whether that is how a medication works, how to ask a better question, or how a familiar passage of Scripture reads in a new way.

That love of learning has taken her onto stages around the world and into hundreds of long-form conversations on The Lindsey Elmore Show, where she explores what changes us: medicine, faith, grief, books, forgiveness, and the experiences that make us reconsider what we thought we knew. Her guests have included New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling authors, Ivy League professors, researchers, physicians, and pharmacists.

Her faith in Jesus now shapes how she approaches her work, her relationships, and the ordinary decisions that make up a life. In 2026 she began teaching New Every Morning, a series of free seven-day Bible studies. Away from the microphone she is usually reading, planning a trip, finding something old to restore, or spending time with the people and dogs she loves.
