Behind the Bath Salt

This bath salt is simple in that it only requires 2 essential oils: blue tansy and lavender.

Blue tansy essential oil is known for its muscle soothing capabilities as well as its sweet aroma. Lavender essential oil eases tension, promotes sleep, and calms the nerves.

The Epsom salt in this recipe helps relieve strained muscles and aching backs, draws out toxins, and relaxes the nervous system.

Recipe

1/4 cup Epsom salt

2 drops blue tansy essential oil

8 drops lavender essential oil

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Enjoy your calming bath salt liberally in your next soak!
